Architectural Review Guidelines:
All requests should be submitted via Sterling Property Services for approval by the Savona Architectural Review Committee, which is chaired by Jack Lombardi. Please click here to access the ARB application forms.

Late Payment Policy:
Dues are payable quarterly on the first day of January, April, July and October. Interest at the rate of 18% per annum will also be from the original due date once late.

Parking Policy:
No vehicle shall be parked anywhere but on paved areas intended for that purpose, garages, or as approved by Association for construction purposes. Owners shall park their vehicles overnight in their garages. No more than two (2) vehicles may be parked in a driveway overnight without the written consent of the Association. No commercial vehicles, or campers, mobile homes, motor homes, house trailers or trailers of every other description, recreational vehicles, boats, boat trailers, house trailers, golf carts, vans (other than minivans) or pick-up trucks (other than sports utility vehicles) shall be permitted to be parked or to be stored on any portion of the Property, except within enclosed garages or areas, if any, designated by the Association for that purpose. All garage doors shall be kept closed at all times except when needed to be left open for ingress or egress to the garage.

Towing Policy:
Vehicles parked overnight on common property will be stickered by the security personnel. If the vehicle has not been removed within 24 hours the vehicle will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Signage:
No sign or advertisement of any kind, including, without limitation, those of realtors, contractors and subcontractors, shall be erected on any Parcel unless the same complies with the standards and guidelines established by the Association, except as may be required by legal proceedings. The Association reserves the right to restrict the size, color, lettering, height, material and location of signs. The Association shall have the right to remove signs which fail to comply with the standards set by the Association and upon prior approval of the Association may set more stringent sign requirements for the Lots..

Leasing Your Unit:
The Owner of a Parcel shall have the right to lease such Parcel subject to the terms hereof, and subject to the following conditions and the terms of any Neighborhood Association’s rules and regulations:
  1. All leases shall be in writing;
  2. No lease shall be for less than thirty (30) days in duration;
  3. The lease shall be specifically subject to the Governing Documents and any failure of the tenant to comply with the Governing Documents shall be a default under the lease; and
  4. The Owner shall be liable for all losses and any violation of the Governing Documents committed by such Owner’s tenant, without prejudice to such Owner’s right to collect any sums paid from the tenant.

LOT OWNER’S MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lot Owners shall be responsible for the cleaning and general maintenance of the exterior and interior of their residences. Lot Owners shall also be responsible for repairs to the swimming pool, if any, on their Lot and any pool enclosures, decks, patios, planters or walkways in the rear or side yards of their lot.

ASSOCIATION MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
The neighborhood association shall be responsible for maintenance of Neighborhood Common Areas, maintenance of the lawns and landscaping on the Lots, and for irrigation and other maintenance responsibilities determined by the Board.
